New tires and wheels are in..

Going with a 16" rear and a 21" front. First time lacing wheels... other than being a bit tedious it's pretty straight forward. Stoked to get these tires mounted.

The shop is slowly bringing these guys to life

Everyone seems to be bogged down with work, life etc.. But make no mistake these bikes will be rolling by spring...

Got the hard tail set, Built some slugs, fish mouthed the ends to get it right tight to the down tube, put a couple old tires on and like the line... Now I just gotta go borrow a welder.

Got the frame out, our hard tail from old-stf showed up so now we are just lining it up,  a couple little adjustments and we'll hit it.

Engine is out..

You can tell this thing has been in a barn for 10 years... Looking forward to cleaning this guy up.

And it begins...

Started on the Iron, this is our first build so we are taking it realllll slow.

We got our build bikes..

So I found this 73 Ironhead in a barn in the middle of nowhere, after haggling with the dude i picked ip up for 2 grand. Runs ok but has all the same issues any 73 Iron would have, clutch leaks and general little quirks.
The plan for this bad boy is chop it up, pretty much rebuild the whole engine and make it rad.

And Kristen scored this XS for 2200. Other than a carb issue this bike is ready to roll. We will be taking this apart as well changing a bunch of stuff and make it to the "show parking" lot at BF4.

So we got a garage...

So after the born free show, Kristen and I were so inspired by what we saw we set out to find a little shop and build our own bikes to ride down next year.
Turned out Whitey has a hook up with this space right in the city and wanted next to nothing for it..
